Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Maxwell’s Toy Shoppe. Every order supports Maxwell’s Toy Box, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit bringing comfort and joy to children undergoing cancer treatment. We hope you love your purchase, and if there’s ever an issue, we’ll make it right and ensure your experience feels just as thoughtful as your support means to us.

RETURNS

All returns must be requested within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

To start a return, please email hello@maxwellstoybox.com with your order number and photo(s) of the item and packaging (if applicable). This helps us verify the issue quickly.

RETURN PROCESS

Because we are a small nonprofit organization, we do not require customers to ship items back. Our goal is to make the process simple and positive for you.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn’t make it to you, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photo or tracking details.

  • Replacements / Store Credit: We’ll replace the item or issue store credit for any product confirmed as damaged or lost in transit.

  • Proof Required: Photos are required for damaged items. For missing packages, provide tracking details for review.

  • Delivered Packages: If tracking confirms delivery but you haven’t received your order, we’ll help investigate with the carrier. Store credit may be issued once that review is complete.

  • No Returns for Damaged Items: Damaged items do not need to be mailed back to us. We kindly ask that you dispose of them safely.

We do not offer cash refunds at this time. However, we understand unique situations can arise and will always make it right and ensure your experience feels just as thoughtful as your support means to us.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Seasonal or holiday items

REFUNDS & CREDITS

Once your issue is reviewed and approved, we’ll notify you by email. Approved resolutions will receive store credit for the original purchase price (excluding shipping).
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
