• Donations: All charitable donations are voluntary and non-refundable once processed.

• Purchases: Items purchased through Maxwell’s Toy Shoppe are subject to our [Refund & Return Policy]. By purchasing through our shop, you agree to those terms.

• Pricing: Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice.

• Payment: All payments are processed securely through Squarespace Payments (Stripe) or Givebutter. We do not store or have access to your full payment information.

3. Shipping and Fulfillment

We strive to ship all orders promptly and accurately. Shipping times may vary based on carrier availability and destination.
Maxwell’s Toy Box is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by postal or carrier services once a package leaves our facility.
